Ms. Brennan Rotolo earned her J.D. degree at Seton Hall Law School in 1987, graduating in the top 20% of her class. She is a 1983 cum laude graduate of Boston College where she received a B.A. degree in Economics and a B.A. degree in Communications.
Ms. Brennan Rotolo was a former law clerk to the Honorable L. Anthony Gibson, the former Chancery Division Judge in the General Equity Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County.
Previously, Ms. Brennan Rotolo was an associate attorney for five years in private practice with two midsize law firms gaining litigation and trial experience. Her practice focused on the defense of personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice and environmental matters.
Prior to joining Kearns Rotolo Law in July 2008, Ms. Brennan Rotolo specialized in the defense of environmental coverage matters as a Manager at the Crum & Forster Insurance Company where she gained extensive arbitration and mediation experience in the resolution of highly complex, financial matters. She also served as a Home Office Supervisor at American International Group Insurance Company and Account Manager at Envision Claims Management Corporation prior to her position at Crum & Forster.
