Thomas K. Shanoski, Esq. joined Kearns Rotolo Law in 2023. Mr. Shanoski handles a variety of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bite accidents, other negligence actions. Mr. Shanoski also handles Workers' Compensation cases.
Mr. Shanoski is a lifelong resident of New Jersey, originally from Union, in Union County, New Jersey, before moving with his family to Flemington, in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, where he graduated from Hunterdon Central Regional High School. Mr. Shanoski completed his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and majored in Political Science. Thereafter, Mr. Shanoski continued his education and graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, in Newark, New Jersey. While in law school, he was a student attorney at the Seton Hall Civil Litigation Clinic, where he represented underserved clients.
Upon graduation, Mr. Shanoski served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lisa A. Puglisi, J.S.C., of the Ocean County Superior Court. Thereafter, Mr. Shanoski has worked in private practice representing injured clients throughout New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
